METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept cash, checks and all forms of credit cards. 

CANCELLATIONS

With consideration for all of our guests and our service providers we implement a 24-hour cancellation policy. 

RETURN & EXCHANGES

We offer full exchange on all products. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will exchange it for something better suited for your needs. 

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS 

CHILDREN & PETS

Your children are welcome in the salon. However, in order to maintain the relaxing atmosphere of the salon and for the safety of your children, your children must be seated next to you during your entire visit. They cannot wonder freely around the salon, and they must use inside voices, so they do not disturb other clients. If these rules cannot be followed you will be asked to remove your child/children from the salon. We would also like to remind you that no pets are allowed.

Our goal is for you to love your look! If for some reason you're unhappy with your service or the outcome you may contact us within 24-hours for any changes that may be required. We do not offer refunds, if you request/ require an additional service to achieve your desired look -and you did not originally receive that service-you will be charged for the service.
